My beautiful kitty is about 14 and has a history of medical problems. She is on a fancy diet from Canada but I had to find something that would help her go to the bathroom easier. Both my cats get occasional bouts of diarrhea either from stress or eating/drinking something that bothers their stomach. This seems to help get things under control more quickly. I originally bought it because one cat was getting diarrhea at least weekly and he was dropping a little weight. I gave it to him daily for a few weeks and it helped him put the weight back on but now I only give it when he does get diarrhea which has been less frequent.

The product is great The customer service is terrible. I moved and sent 4 emails to change the shipping address. Two months of product went to the wrong address, and still have not received either. I got a refund for one from PayPal, and still have not heard whether the address was changed. I left 5 or more voicemail and no response. For customer I would rate a -10.

While the product did seem to work well for my cat, I am extremely dissatisfied with your lack of response when I sent emails to discontinue Autoship orders following the loss of my 17 yr old cat. We no longer have any pets. I sent an email on June 10th to your email requesting that my Autoship be stopped. No response. I then contacted your company again on June 30th to find out how to return my auto shipped product (received around June 22nd) for a refund. I sent a couple emails. Again, no response. I’ve reported your business to the Better Business Bureau.

I do see an improvement with my 2 cats, 1 cat vomited a few times a week, he hasn’t vomited since taking purrlife. The only complaint I have is I returned the double order in May and it is the end of June and still have not received my refund.
These were recommended by a veterinary nutritionist to me and they seem to be doing the job. Particular good for if they’re on antibiotics. I usually open the capsule and dump the powder on food.
